After writing my blog about Etic-Etac labels for Manuela's stuff, Mariana from the company left a comment almost immediately thanking me for the review. She also told me that they had recently changed the material they use to print their vinyl labels (I had mentioned that they came off in the dishwasher) and offered to send me new labels for me to try them out. I got them a few days ago and am happy to report - they work great!
She also informed me that they will soon be updating their website to include the English and French language funcionalities, so I thought I would also share that piece of news with you all.
I might place a new order with them soon since we were told this week that Manuela has an allergy to egg whites that we are trying to figure out how to manage...
How's that for fabulous customer service?
